I had an excellent experience at Auto Smith Premium. They do the work that needs to be done and they don't charge you for unnecessary work. They are honest and operate their business with integrity. I went there because the dealer reported that I needed to replace the front axle on my vehicle. Auto Smith Premium checked and did not find any problems. They obviously could have replaced the axle and charged me for the work but instead they were honest and reported they did not find a problem. I will definitely be taking all of our vehicles to Auto Smith Premium for future service and repairs. I appreciate their honesty and integrity.

I can not say enough amazing things about this place. Let me start by saying I've been going to a local place here in Hendersonville and just got done putting over $2500 in work in my vehicle with that company. 1 thing after another needing repair since. After being quoted a astronomical price for yet again another thing... I called AutoSmith. Explained exactly what needed to be done. Tim quoted me half the price. I quickly picked up my vehicle & dropped it off to Tim. Not only did he quote & charge me exactly that... but even with his busy schedule - he got my car back to me in a hurry. They are honest like the day is long & I will be taking all of our vehicles here from now on. Thank you so kindly for taking care of the car & building an amazing client relationship.

Called about an appt for an oil change and to check out a strange new noise my 22-year-old Camry was making. They had me drop it off the next morning and fit me into their packed schedule. Car was done by lunch and was a relatively minor and inexpensive fix. I know nothing about cars, and they could have easily claimed it needed a lot of costly work due to its age and high mileage level and I wouldn’t have known any better. But, they didn’t- they were forthright and honest and did a remarkable job. I’ll only take my car here from now on. Excellent service, fair prices. Both of those are hard commodities to find in a mechanic shop these days.

Tim is the best around. My friend was told by another shop that his engine was not repairable. I sent him to Tim and they flushed something out and he was good to go. Tim is the real deal. I’ve used him for a decade and wouldn’t let anyone work on my car.
